Honor Excellence and Service to Our Community
IndyBar Foundation supporters and community leaders will be honored for their contributions at the IndyBar Foundation's Empowerment Celebration on Tuesday, September 30, 2025.
BUT, we need your help in identifying our colleagues who go above and beyond!
The breakfast will include recognition of a DEI Champion, Volunteer of the Year, and a Lifetime Achievement Award winner. Nominations will open soon.

Selection criteria:
Member in good standing of the Indianapolis Bar Association for 20+ years.
Long-standing service to the IndyBar Foundation with a history of active involvement.
Demonstrated commitment to the IndyBar Foundation's mission of providing support to central Indiana families of limited means experiencing legal problems and helping support law students and young lawyers as they embark on their careers.
Has provided substantial financial support to the IndyBar Foundation.

Selection criteria:
Member in good standing of the Indianapolis Bar Association.
Active on the IndyBar Foundation Board of Directors or committees in the past year.
Goes above and beyond in serving on the Board of Directors and/or committees in giving their time or treasure.
Has provided critical support to one or more of the IndyBar Foundation's significant fundraising activities.

Selection criteria:
Member in good standing of the Indianapolis Bar Association.
Creates and actively supports diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in the central Indiana legal community.
Demonstrates inclusivity in their daily practice and personal life.
Supports and amplifies the activities of a peer organization: Marion County Bar Association, Asian Pacific Bar Association-Indiana, IndyBar's Hispanic Lawyers Division, and IndyBar’s LGBTQ+ Committee.
